I woke up one morning about a month or two ago and realized that most of my clothes didn't fit. They were too big. Imagine my surprise, for I'd only ever had this happen in the opposite direction. (My laundry skills shrink clothes more than I'd like to admit.) 

Yes, I was going to the gym more, but I hadn't lost weight. Initially, I didn't think too much about it, but then there wasn't any more a belt could do. That's when I knew that I couldn't put off shopping any longer.

I've never considered myself the most "in the know" when it comes to menswear trends, but I've continued to learn as I've lived here. (There are just so many well dressed people here.) Mainly, function overtakes fashion for me given my active lifestyle, zipping around the city. But there's still opportunity to spice it up with color, layers, and textures.
