Anyway, I was in Central Park last Saturday afternoon. I was waiting to shoot a few photos for a friend (more on that below), so I just start walking and snapping what I saw. Photo Session #9: Marianna for Mistletoe Marketplace

I can't believe we're nearing the end of January, but I must say: let's keep this new year rolling! I'm so grateful for the encouragement you've shown so far this year as I commit to creating (and sharing!) my "become a more confident photographer" journey.

It snowed today, and I'm so, so happy! I love snow and the fact that life in New York brings it to me at least once a year. Maybe it'll the joy will wear off eventually, but not any time soon. Photo Session #5: Justin Meyers

A few Saturdays ago, he and I hung out in Central Park and grabbed a few headshots for him. I'm still learning how to navigate the waters of portrait photography, but I really do enjoy it. Mainly because it allows me to get to know people better and learn their story.
