This Saturday, my buddy Taylor and I had to reshoot some content we'd taken the previous week, for his brand partner wanted a few more options. Luckily, I had a relatively free afternoon, so we were able to make it happen.
Through this experience, I've learned how to better understand the expectations of all the players at the table and how to make sure I'm asking the right questions and getting the most variety possible.
Learning photography is certainly about the basics first, which I'm still navigating, but it's also about communication, documentation, and delivering on what's communicated in said documents. It's also about being flexible—especially in a city like New York where there are people, trash cans, etc. at every turn.
That being said, it was pretty fun to bump into a church friend while doing this reshoot. It really makes me happy to get to share things from certain areas of life with people from other areas of life. Connectivity is key.
Anyway, below are a few more shots of Taylor as he travels. Enjoy!
I really can't get over how much joy photography brings to me! The fact that I put this hobby on hold for so long is crazy, so I'm just thankful for the key people who've encouraged me along the way, the ones who've given me a chance, and those that take interest in hearing how the progress is going. Many of those key people are y'all, so thank you, thank you, thank you!
